Immortals Beginnings (About 8 months after Years gone by)

It looked like things were looking good got Gabe. Wade and Digger stepped out to talk.

Keeping Gabe busy is a good idea, it'll keep his mind off of things too. Cleaning the hospital, donating blood, farming, maybe have him babysit for everyone.

Digger quirked a brow at Wade. So basically make gabe a little slave of the farm? that's not right. But I agree he needs to do some community service. donating blood is a must, I'm not letting him babysit my child though. But I'll take him out runs. Lucky is still flirting with Ally. I don't trust him. But that's a personal issue. it wouldn't be fair if we didn't give him a chance.

Well that was not what she was wanting to hear.

ok. Well I don't eat people. But I am looking for a safe space. I'm on the run! The Reapers tried to grab me but I escaped them, ran from Sanctuary, and finally find myself here. Please don't turn me away, and uh. ya know don't eat me either.

A small break, he hidden among buildings, eating an old kill, she slipping down to make sure the playground of nightmares she had set a flame a bit over eight months ago was still just a ruin of ash.

She felt no shame or guilt for the event.

Whilst they were here and her son eating more to fatten for a longer flight not because he was exceptionally hungry, she was making sure none of the murderous marauders were back. If they were well this time she and Yoshi will both burn the place down.

Singing softly as she finds a place to get a good view and just observe, watch for any signs of rebuilding or remodeling. Her bow and arrows ready, her son a call away and one of his wyvern behind some miscellaneous old debris she is not afraid.

It seemed that all were in agreement of both Gabriel and Lucky staying. Like Digger, Flag did not trust Lucky, but sending him away would be a death sentence. In fairness, the guy had not done anything to justify that fate.


"We will be keeping a close eye on Lucky. Maybe he needs to stay with someone that can keep him in line until we know more about him and establish if he's safe to trust or not. Maybe that should be one of Gabe's tasks. Keeping an eye on Lucky while he's workin' off his probation. Of course someone will be keepin' an eye on Gabe, too." And be looked at Wade. "Maybe I shouldn't trust you after you helped Gabe, but something tells me you won't make that mistake again. You up for the job?"

I'll be good, boss. I got everything under control. Wade told him with a thumbs up.

Digger rolled his eyes but didn't say anything about it. He happen to glance over at the front gate and noticed the guards talking to someone.

Looks like we got a visitor. Should one of us deal with that?

Flag had picked up on the newcomer's scent before seeing her outside the gates. He nodded at Digger. "Yeah, go see what that is about." He would have gone himself but needed to continue this trial and deliver the decisions made. Surely Digger and the guards could handle a single newcomer.


With that, he headed back inside with Wade to inform everyone of the decision that had been made.

He once again stood in the front of the room and looked at the crowd.

"Gabriel will be given a second chance, however, he will be placed on probation. House arrest for three months..." He turned to face the prisoners, his stern gaze fixating on Gabe. "You will not leave your house without being escorted by Wade. During your probation, you will engage in community service for a few hours daily. You will tend the gardens, help with security and work around the infirmary. You will also be responsible for keeping a watch on Lucky. He will stay with you for those ninety days. Is all of that understood?" He glanced between Lucky and Gabriel, his stern expression leaving no room for argument.

Lucky was more than ok with all that. He smiled over at Gabe.

We get to be roomates! It's going to be a blast!



Back outside Digger walked up to the front gate. He greeted the new comer and sused her out. She looked like a female version of Vic. He wasn't sure if that was good or bad. Are you coming from a lab?

Rhea thought that was a strange question. No. Like I told your boys. I escaped the Reapers and Sanctuary. Just looking for a place to rest that doesn't have zombies, wolves or canabals.

Digger laughed at that. Well you're at the wrong place. We have all the above in here. But come in. No one is going to eat you.

Rhea was let in and she stepped inside now a little worried. Maybe she should keep looking for a place.

Gabriel was practically holding his breath when Flag and Wade returned. Of course he was hopeful that if Wade had a say in the final decision, he would be allowed to stay. He was scared to say the least. If he had to leave the Farm, he knew that Ezra would try to follow, but he wanted his son to stay safe....

Fortunately he wouldn't have to worry about any of that. He was too relieved by the fact that he was being allowed to stay that the punishments were accepted with no argument.

"Thank you. I promise I won't make you regret it."  And a slight nod at Lucky. He wasn't too thrilled about having Lucky as a 'roommate', but things could have been so much worse.

Flag nodded. "You better not. If either of you get an itch to hurt anyone, I won't hesitate to kill you." And he looked at Gabe. "You can thank Vic for you getting to stay here. If he wanted you gone, you would be out. So keep that in mind if you feel the need to harass him."


Gabriel nodded again as Flag removed his cuffs, then Lucky's.

"And Lucky, leave Ally alone. She's married and Digger won't hesitate to kill you." Flag's attention then shifted to Wade. "You can escort these two back to Gabe's place..."

Gabe gave Flag a pleading look. "Can I see my son first? Mikko?"

Flag hesitated for a moment, but nodded. "If Mikko wants to see you, sure."

Some visiting O'Hana people did pass by Leo, stopped to listen to him sing to his younger children.

And they would not be the only ones. But the crowd doesn't linger. Plenty have things to do. Packing and prepping for a trip back to Kauai.

Mikey will wait, if Don needs him he will be right at his side. If not just loiter politely outside.

Just to see his brother home before double checking wedding invites, a brief talk with flag then he will go.

Lucky rubbed his wrist when the cuffs were taken off. He watched as eveyone started to leave the hall. It was nice not being the center of attention anymore.

Mikko stood up and handed the baby over to Vic. I'll be right back. She told him with a kiss. She then headed to the front to Gabe.

Ezra beat her to Gabe though hugging his dad happy to officially have him back.

Wade gave a salute but wasn't in any rush, so if Gabe wanted to a moment with his family that was fine. He noticed that Cindy was staying behind. Probably to also walk Gabe to his house. The girl had it bad. It was cute.

With the meeting over and things having a happy ending, Don left the hall and went to Mike. He laid a hand on Mike's shoulder.

Things went well. Can I intrest you in a pizza? I'm not the best cook but it's edible at least.

Digger lead Rhea to Flag when he seen everyone leaving the hall. He assumed the meeting was over and would want to meet the new girl.

Flag, this is Rhea. Rhea this is the boss man, Flag. She escaped the Reapers and Sanctuary. She's looking for a place to rest.

Rhea gave a nod and her best charming smile.

" Well that is a relief. Hah I am always interested in pizza. What you thinking of putting on it?" it's a light, lead the way. He can catch up with people he intends to after hanging with his brother for a time.

Vic took the baby and returned Mikko's kiss. He wasn't sure if he should wait around or head home. Surely whatever Gabriel had to say was meant for her and Ezra only....

Seeing that Cindy was hanging around, he figured he would wait so he could walk Mikko home. He rocked the little one in his arms, happy to have her back.
