Hollow Heroes [Open to all]

Now that it was done, and Raph was passed out and hopefully not turning, Mikko knew that she needed to leave the scene and let the brothers be. So she got up and walked off. The walkers were much lower in numbers now. Carl seemed to be taken care of, Supes was busy with the fires. Gambit was helping Wade, plus she was still a bit upset with Wade.

So she headed away from the madness and practically tripped over one of Negan's men who had gotten shot with one of the arrows.

He was down, but not dead. She looked down at him and he looked up, eyes pleading with her to help him. She plopped down next to him, taking a seat on the cold ground. She then pulled out her knife, the same one she used to cut her own arm for Raph. And with a wide grin and a crazed look in her eyes the guy knew he wasn't going to get any help.

He screamed out in agony as Mikko sliced into him, and screamed even more as he watched her eat.

Mmmm don't worry. I'll keep you alive as long as possible.

" And because of that I caused his death. Still there's his friend Rocksteady if he's still alive I will find him so he can say good bye." The teen said looking away sure she was in no shape to do that now but she would do it no matter what.

There was no real guarantee that even in the moment the traumatic awakening to the kraang metal would activate it enough to make this work. Donatello was working on all he ever estimated about the stuff when he had first set about building MetalHead all those years ago. Though compared to what the woman had been offering - he probably should thank her for the offer... it was more solid an option for now.

Brothers were in shock. All of them. For Raphael a small mercy as Donnie gathered the severed bot arm in one hand the other aligning the end of Raphael bleeding stump with the sparking busy end. It was Donnie imagination alone he could 'see' the ends of the bots arm - the microscopic ends of the organic metal acting like tiny white blood and plasma cells behaving almost viral like looking for attachment, seeking to bond. It had 'memory'. And to Don's relief the arterial and venous blood flow from Raph slowed, then stopped. He took that as a excellent sign his long ago calculations had been more then just studied guesswork. Some still leaked around where skin and metal met and fighting the sudden violent heave of his stomach Donnie pulls his bandana off wrapping it like a bandage around the new arm, then reaching for Leo's - and Mikey's, plucking them off finishing off the wrapping. Using the big usualy red clad turtles belt with a bit to work it free of the pants and tuck the new arm into his side less it could be moved if Raph woke the better.

Finally sliding off his brother, trouble focusing on the other two through blurry eyes. "We - we  weee ee sh should get him inside out of the sn ssnnnow. He need'ss flu flu uuurgh! fluids and warmth and blood for orr rrrr the sssh shock aa a and that eye needs... ne needs -" Donnie was not sure either of his brothers were listening to him - he hoped so, but knew they were as lost as he felt right then...

Then he was being violently sick, luckily it was mostly empty heaving as their last meal had been a long time ago yesterday. Just bile and stomach acid. Thankfully managing to not be so on his brothers - reaching towards them once he used some snow to wash his face. Hands cold finding their hands, shoulders patting. "Guys - f f fffocus... Raph's not oooouth of the wo wooods yet, still nee eeeds us." His stomach heaved again spying the now amputated arms a little distance off...

MetalHead stood silently - asleep - his own stump 'bleeding' the whitish version of synthetic android blood but Donnie knew he would need to bring him inside too and attach the arm to be powered through Raph's healing.

He still had no idea what was going on, still shaking - but Leo's tight hold...

Raph's limp hand that had been reaching for him...

Donnie's actions - the sound of his voice...

Maybe it all struck Mikey at the same moment and it seemed everything slowed down and he could finally take in everything hugged tightly by their leading brother.

Mikey let go of the big Raph hand after giving it a squeeze further shocked a bit by the cold touch of Donnie's hands snout wrinkling swallowing hard to keep from gagging himself at the sound and smell of Don's upheaval. He wraps arms about Leo rubbing his shell, somewhere under his own fear and shock he knew Leo needed some reassurance, as he had been whispering for Mikey some moments ago. "You did good Leo, saved Raph..." of course he had no real way to be certain of that but... but... Don had this... "Don's right we should get Raph inside and warm." trying to get his shaking under control and perhaps realizing the eldest brother was just as shaky, sniffling still and tears streaked his cheeks. Maybe if Leo had something still to work on he would stop shaking too for a bit, it would help fight the nausea give them all something to do to help their brother - give them hope the amputation had been in time. This fear worth it.

The scene Casey found once he got outside made him yell - "Nice of ya's to leave one for me!" after the long gone Erica and Mikey grabbing two of those bats the girl had brought to him and the orange crazy turtle early for fighting and starting towards the zombie and her meal -

The metal bat whistling a little as it arced for the zombies head Casey saying gleefully, "Self service stopped an hour ago!" though he hated the screams of the being eaten alive person - once the zombie was down that noise would have to be dealt with

Mikko was happily eating her screaming meal. She heard Casey's voice but didn't pay any mind. By now everyone in the mall knew her 'illness' or so she thought.

It was when he was closer and she heard the whistle of the bat that she looked up at Casey with a cute smile. She opened her mouth and was able to get out the word. Hey! Before the bat made contact with her head.

She was out quick. laying on the ground, covered in blood. But not dead. And hopefully the fact that she spoke would clue the man in that she wasn't one of the mindless ones!

The bat was almost coming back, whistling for another go to end the -

wait zombies don't talk!?

"AHHH!" (like a Mikey! type yell) so shocked the bat went flying and Casey hoped back unintentionally trodding on the screaming one crushing their nose - right into their brain so at the very least that nose stopped but the tall man landed on his ass in the snow still trying to comprehend...

it was so... disgusting...

she had been eating whom had been until Casey's stumble a living person. One that was part of the attack but still.

poking the shoulder and scrambling back in the snow as if expecting her to bite him Casey breaths hard, still shocked.

"Fuck." what should he do beat in the head with ... well his bat was too far away but there was bricks... or or...

Cursing fluently about idiots teaching zombies to talk. Cause that had to be how it happened right?! he used his boots broken lace to thumb cuff the speaking zombies arms behind her back and his belt to gag her so no biting him! dragging her over his shoulder fire man style and finally following the tracks left by Mikey and the bossy little woman.

When Mikko finally woke with one hell of a headache. She found herself being kidnapped! She freaked out and started to let out muffled screams. She tried her best to wiggle free from the man's hold.

Mmmph! Mmmmfphe!

Who ever this dude was he was SO becoming her next meal!

"Oh quiet Miss Lecter." Casey grumbles jogging around the side of the Mall following tracks still, at least it seemed aside from a few zombies Erica and Mikey had not had to deal with further breaches in the fencing here.

That was something.

"Never had a zombie say hey before... which may mean your a cannibal - and thats icky all in it's own way." He says conversationally, but the tone definitely told her he was disgusted by her actions - then froze seeing his green bros - and and

"No!" The word burst forth like the curses he had been spitting out before in such a way it would make career pirates blush. Now he forgot about Mikko for a moment hurrying over - "What's going on - you better not be dead Red or I'm gonna kill - oh cruuurgh!" He all but stumbled over the dismembered arm and had to drop Mikko aside bending over and hauling what nothing was in his guts too!

Mikko growled at the man and begin to try and chew through the gag. She rolled her eyes when he called her a cannibal, maybe if he hadn't shoved a belt in her mouth she could explain to him what she was. But no. God this man was an idiot. And he smelled horrible.

He brought her back to the scene she had just come from and was a little relived to find out that the man was friends with the turtles. She was also relived to be dropped.

She took this chance to get away and jumped to her feet and ran to wade and Gambit, hands still tied behind her back and her mouth still gagged.

Mmmounmph!

Carl continued to struggle against Daryl's hold on him, paying no mind to his broken wrist or the fact that it was bleeding profusely. His throat was already becoming tight from the swelling and bruising, but none of that compared to the torment in his heart. The man responsible for taking his father was right there! He could end this! He could track him and end this so no one else would have to die at his hands...



"LET ME GO!!" He screamed, voice becoming hoarse and the effort only aggravating his injuries. Daryl's grip on him was unrelenting and the man managed to roll the teen onto his back, straddling and pinning him beneath him. His hands restraining his arms, but mindful of his injury that would require immediate attention....



"Carl, stop! You gotta calm down, man... we'll get 'im. We'll make that sum'bitch pay... but not now!" He promised. "He'll be expectin' it... we gotta wait for the right time.." He told the teen, not daring to tell Carl that he was too injured to fight. That certainly wouldn't be considered by the boy. "I promised... I promised yer dad I would take care of you!"


There was a moment of calmness, and Daryl had no way of knowing that the Cat was communicating with him through thought. Though,Carl quickly remembered his father's warning, and Erica's before... there was always a price to pay...



Soon, they were joined by Erica and Stitch. The little blue creature offering to help, and Erica telling Carl that he would get Negan. Quickly weakening from his injuries, Carl's rage was slowly giving into despair as everything began to hit him at once, and his injured throat continued to become tight, making it hard to breathe. He wheezed and coughed as his struggles came to a halt, knowing that Daryl was stronger and unrelenting and fulfilling his father's wish to protect him.


Finally releasing his grip on Carl's arms, he gave a nod at the little blue Alien, indicating that he accepted his help, even if Carl may object....




...and it was then that Daryl noticed it....



His gaze fixated on the gruesome sight that hung only twenty feet away. Rick's body. Strung up in the trees, disemboweled. The words "You're next!" Carved into his chest. The sight caused Daryl to viably become pale, and he felt nauseous, but had to hold it together. The anger threatened to overtake him, but for the moment, he was forced to swallow it down, hoping to spare Carl from the sight...



Averting the horrid imagery, his gaze fixated on Erica, almost pleading...



"Can... can you get 'im back to the infirmary?" He asked the girl.


Carl could see that something was wrong. Something had upset Daryl. The man was never good at hiding his emotions. Pushing himself away from Daryl, he shifted his head to look in the direction that Daryl's gaze had just been directed, gaze locking on the horror......

Love stood where she was, she wouldn't interfere with Daryl and Carl's struggling. She was just hoping that Carl would listen to her. She was more then happy to help the boy, but he did need to rest first. Love also knew it was best she went with him, she could bring back up, she could bring weapons that these mortals didn't have.

Finally it seemed the boy was giving in. But what was seeming like a good thing soon turned bad again.

She looked in the direction the two were looking in and seen the body hanging from the tree. She was impressed with these men, they knew how to torture someone for sure.

She called on her felsted and it came trotting out of the woods along with the hellhounds. She mounted up. I'll go have a talk with Negan. You guys need me to pick up something on the way back?

With her shirt off, her bare chest became covered with small goose bumps from the sudden coolness on her skin. She reached down to remove his pants but stopped when he questioned is she was sure she wanted to do this. As if he really needed to ask.

She knew that he was just making sure she wasn't too sick, or in too much pain.

I'm fine. Why? Don't think you can keep up with me? She teased. A smiled spread over her lips. I've been waiting and praying for this, for you, for a very long time. I promise. I'm sure.

She leaned up and kissed him and again went to work getting his pants off.

Glenn was indeed worried about her. Afraid of hurting her or that her exertions would cause her more harm. Oh, how he wanted this! But not at the expense of causing her more harm. Though, her response earned a soft smile and a quiet chuckle. Maggie had always been able to 'one up' him in everything. Hell, she wore the pants in this relationship, so to speak. It was one of the many things he admired about her. She was one of the strongest people he knew....


She had lost so much. Her father. And they had no idea the fate of her little sister, Beth. And for a time, she had lost him. Still, Maggie always found the strength to move on. To push forward through the pain. She was a soldier, and he had no doubt she would be the last one standing...


Though he was determined to stick around for her for as long as possible. He would fight for it. Fight for her. Avert death for as long as possible to have the honor of being at her side. Rick had given him another chance. Had taken his place. A humbling thought. Though, he knew that if tomorrow his luck finally ran out, Maggie would survive....



Pushing those thoughts aside, he pressed a kiss against her lips as he helped her with removing his pants, then began fumbling with hers, the excitement and anticipation momentarily making his fingers clumsy...



"Hey, I think I've come a long way..." He teased as he shimmed her pants over her hips. Indeed, he was no longer the 'one minute man'.....

Maggie on the other hand had no worries at the moment. Even whatever was going on outside had slipped her mind. She was only thinking about what was going on in the room.

Each kiss and touch caused more excitement to course through her body. Once his pants were off she gave his ass a loud slap and then a tight squeeze. somone's been doing their squats. She teased.

Another heated kiss against his lips and soon her pants were sliding off as well.

She wrapped her arms around him, short fingernails lightly scratched his back. She was mindful that he was injured still and had yet to see the mall's doctors. She caught his bottom lip between her teeth and gave a playful nip then kissed him again, this time more eagerly.

Clark assisted where he could. Once the fires were extinguished, he set about helping the others plug up the many breaches in the fence, using vehicles and cars to block up the entry points. Normally all of this would have been an easy feat for him, but given the fact that he was still recovering, his powers were still not up to par, it was slow going.



Once the fence was secure and the walkers dealt with, he helped the injured, moving over to assist with the Turtles, but took a step back when he saw they had it under control. He could have easily cauterized the stump, but that would have prevented them from giving Raphael another shot at having a functional hand.


Clark directed his efforts where needed. Using his heat lasers, Walkers were taken out, then he began moving the injured to the infirmary....


He assisted where he could. Performing on sight x-rays so the medical staff would know where to go from there. He cauterized what wounds he could, and quickly noticed that Lois was helping where she could. Meeting her gaze, he offered a soft, but sad smile. Everything was a mess, but people stood a better chance because of them....

Wade was soon pressed against Gambit, his backside touching his, thus... bringing on the naughty thoughts...



"Damn, you've been working out. Want to stop by my room later??"


Fighting off the horde, until Crazy Eyes took care of them all, he was unaware of what was happening to Mikko, until she appeared, bounded and gagged...



"What in the ass??!" And he was quick to remove the gag. "Are you alright??"

Gambit grinned at the question and gave a shrug. Eh, sure I'll stop by later. Remember I like the peach flavor condoms.

Then the zombies were all taken care of Gambit turned to see Mikko running up to them. Looks like she started the fun without us.

Mikko smacked her lips and stuck her tongue out in an attempt to get the taste of belt out of her mouth. I'm good. That guy over there.. She nodded over to Casey. Thought I was a zombie and hit me over the head with a bat, knocked me the fuck out. I guess realized I wasn't then tried to kidnap me! And what fun are we talking about?

Pete wrapped his arms around Gwen, hugging her tightly. His forehead resting against her shoulder, just happy for the closeness. Hearing her words, he knew he had made the right call by staying in and staying with her...



Giving a gentle squeeze, he nuzzled a kiss against her shoulder....



"Looks like I made the right call, huh? I'm here with you.. we're safe.... you're okay..." And that's what mattered the most to him. He wanted to save people,but Gwen was the most important person in his life, and was sure that would be the case for a really long time...



"We don't have to worry.... and I'm sure Wade is handling it..." Because unlike them, Wade could not die....



"I'm sorry if Wade made you uncomfortable... he's good at that..."

Gwen nuzzled against Pete's neck neck and held him close. Mmmmm well that's all over, and it sounds like things quieted down. We'll just have to make a rule that people must have cloths on to come in here.

She pulled away and looked up at him with a little grin.

I think you need to get back in bed and rest a bit more. I can go out and get you some entertainment. Maybe a book? Or...I can see if the adult store has something interesting.

The wolf pup jumped on the bed and spun around a few times before laying down and watching the two.

I can give you a hair cut. Gwen added and reached up to ruffle Pete's hair.

Bebop's fingers twitched as he laid there. his muscles coming back to life bit by bit. His hand mad a fist then released. His lips curled as he let out a low growl. A warning before hell broke loose in the room.

Toad looked over at the pig and quickly scooped up Lydia and made a large leap for the other side of the room.

Not a moment too soon either. Bebop sat up with a roar, unable to open his eyes and now blind, he thrashed about. His burned skin falling off of him though he no longer felt that pain, all he felt now was hunger. He stood on unsteady legs and reaching out and throwing to the side anything that was in his way.

The roars he let out echoed in the room and outside the halls as the angry beast looked for a meal.

" No Bebop. He turned." Mel tried not to yell so not to get his attention not that she could go anywhere as it was. She already lost to much blood and she couldn't walk.

" Please be a nightmare and I'm gonna wake up in Bebop's room with everything being fine and normal again." She whimpered as she tried to keep her distance.

Suddenly, things went from bad to worse. The mutant that Clark had moved to the infirmary earlier had apparently died, and was now making his return as one of the undead. The room was quickly thrown into chaos. Someone needed to act fast...



"Everyone move back!" He warned, cautioning them against the undead, but also what he was about to do...



Focusing, his eyes slowly began to transform from sky blue to a deep, burning red, the blood vessels around them becoming prominent as his powers built. A huge feat, considering his near death and having no time to use earth's yellow sun to recharge....

Bruce had come back from locking the two men that had manged to sneak in up. They were each in a cell down in the basement. He was very glad that he had the forethought to build what was essentially a dungeon down there.

He was heading to the infirmary to see what he could help with, and who was too far gone and who he could use for other means, when he heard all the commotion.

Running in he seen the pig thrashing about and Clark ready to turn Bebop into bacon.

Clark! Wait! Bruce yelled and hurried in, grabbing Bebop from behind. An arm around the pig's neck using his body weight to bring the undead pork to the ground.

Help me get him to the basement. He told Clark as he struggled with Bebop. Can...Use him...In studies.
