Cindy was a scientist working for Bishop at a secret under ground lab. Needing more humans for experiments Bishop drugged Cindy and started operating on her. Keeping her alive through blood transfusions and other drugs. She was a prisnor for years. Slowly becoming less and less human. With the help of alien tech and unknown chemicals Cindy became a beast. She waws fast, strong but was not immortal. She could heal from wounds but slowly. She was one of Bishop's first expiremnts so, he didn't get every thing right. It wouldn't be until later that the Splicers were made and other projects were more promising.
Deeming Cindy a failure he had plan on desposing of her. But she escaped along with Project X and a large, mutant snapping turtle.
They all went their own ways, But Cindy kept tabs on where Project X was.
