Beach Bums (Tag: Er'body)

(before we start: This game has no real plot. maybe one will develop in time. Canon characters know each other, how well is up to players. OCs are welcome to join in, and welcome to know a canon ONLY if player of canon says it's ok. Gambit only invited canon peeps. so OCs wont know about the party unless invited by one of them. Game will take place in the middle of summer on a privet beach on a beautiful, perfect day.)

It took some doing and some smooth talking, but Gambit had finally convinced the professor to let him have a party on the old man's privet beach. the only rule was to clean up after the party was over and to make sure no one ended up dead. Rules that Gambit felt he could live with. that was yesterday. He had spent all of yesterday gathering food and drinks even before sending anyone an invite. He knew that at lest most people he invited would go. Deadpool, Pete, Kirk. He wasn't so sure about Clerk or any of the turtles. they seemed a little more shy about party type events. But no matter, all would be invited anyway.

it was late at night -or was it early morning- when Gambit finally pulled out his phone. He sent a massive mass text to everyone on his contact list. Which was pretty much every mutant and super human around.

Big beach party at the prof. beach. cum early. bring dates, booze, and whatever else ya'll think ya'll need. I have food and the grill covered.

He ended the text with directions to the location and hit send. He didn't bother with asking people to text back if they were coming, if they showed they showed. Gambit tossed his phone to the side and got ready for bed. He wanted to get out there before anyone else to start cooking.....

Well, at least three of the turtles might have been a bit reserved and unsure about the beach party idea. That being the 'older' brothers. Mikey of course had been over excited since getting the text.

Donatello had been less so admittedly. At first anyways. Then time to think about it the idea took hold, even among Raphael and Leonardo too. A chance to be out among others in board daylight. Don had claimed the chance to learn more about mutants finally swayed his mind change to go.

So here they were, parking the party wagon and - "Well lets go have fun." the geeky turtle says parking and turning off the party wagon before stepping out of it.



Mikey wasted no time - whooping excitedly he jumps clean from the party wagon and despite his brothers protesting was dress in 'beach' wear'. That is his grass skirt, coconut boobies and ukulele slung over his shoulder. "Yeah! what are we waiting for? we're being slower than our wild cousins!" He hollers and not bothering to wait for any instructions from Leader Leo or grumblings from Raph or excited geek babble that was surely come soon from Don the orange beach clad turtle set off for the sand. This would be their first ever day at the beach.

Gambit had arived about two hours before anyone else. The spot on the beach was completely hidden from the other part of the beach by large rock formations that Gambit wasn't sure was made naturally. And to make sure no uninvited guest showed up. The place was officially known as a live mine site. So no one would come to this part of the beach and risk getting blown up.

When the turtles got there, music was playing and a very large table of every junk food you could imagine was laid out for all. There was also a full size fridge (hooked up to a generator) that housed booze and sodas, water and other cold drinks.

Gambit had also supplied a some beach towels and large umbrellas for shade. And he might have 'borrowed' a jet ski or four.

Bonjour les amis de tortues! Welcome to the party! Help yourselves to food and beer!

Kurt was already there, he had got a ride from Gambit. Dressed in only a pair of long black swim trunks, the mutant was laid out on one of the towels, sun glasses on and water by his side. no drinking for him...Yet. He wanted to wait for others to arrive before indulging in any debauchery.

When the van pulled up. Kurt sat up and lifted his glasses, he gave a wave as they started to get out the van.

Guten Tag!

To say that Pete was excited about the invite would have been an understatement! The only drawback, Wade Wilson...someone that he would consider his best friend, though sooo inappropriate   99.9% of the time. Situations were always made more awkward by swim trunks, and that was exactly what was going on at the moment.


Pete had stayed the night over at his bud's place after  indulging in his first ever drink, and Wade wanted to make sure that the fifteen  year old was watched. Sometimes Pete wondered if his weird friend had other motives. There had been plenty of flirting, but considering that he was just a kid and Wade in his thirties, the older guy had kept things in the 'friend zone' much to Pete's  relief. He liked girls! Though, females didn't even seem to know he existed.




Pete was sprawled out on the couch, an arm acting as a pillow as he scrolled through his phone, still adorning his baggy jeans and t-shirt as he waited for his bud to get ready. Finally finding Mikko's number , he sent her a quick text.


'Hey! So Gambit is throwing this party and said I could invite someone.. other than Wade. He got his own invite. Sooooo, how about it? If so... if you don't mind picking us up... we're at Wade's house...' A little awkward, but he had yet to get his learner's permit and Mikko  had become like a big sister to the lonely teen. 'And yeeeeeeah, Wade's coming too... sorry.....' Message sent just in time to free him up to watch on in horror as Wade emerged from his bedroom, adorned in nothing but swim trunks and... his mask.    



"That... doesn't clash..." Pete told his friend who was now striking a superhero  pose. [b]"Says you, the kid that plans on wearing jeans to the party. I told you, I have some  trunks that should fit your skinny ass ... they were my girlfriend's.. well, one of them..."          




Shrugging his shoulders, the teen made no effort to move or take his friend up on the offer. "I'm not wearing trunks.  I'm just going for the company... not to pick up girls.." And he only wished he had a shot with any female.


"Stop pining over MJ and dress to impress! I mean, go naked... there's gonna be a lot of mutant boobs at this place..."


Sighing inwardly as he checked his phone messenger one more time in case he'd missed a message from the other girl he wanted to invite, it was clear that Mary Jane was not interested. Man, Mikko needed to hurry up before he changed his mind....

Mikko was in the middle of doing nothing when Pete text her. She grabbed her phone and read the text with a grin. A party! Hell yeah! At the beach! Heller yeah! And Wade was going.

Mikko ran into Peter quiet literally one night while she was running around and he was..swinging? around. They just BAM! But it ended up in a nice friendship and Mikko even seen Pete as a brother. Another, little, smartass brother. That she loved. Of course through him she had met Wade. So when hearing the masked man would be joining them. She picked out the smaller bikini.

She text Pete back saying she would be there in 15. She sent the text then stripped down and tied on her small captain american bikini. the shields made up the top and the bottom was a big star. She put her long purple hair up in two pigtails and she was ready!

She then grabbed sunscreen (she was not going to have her tattoos fade) and towels. keys, phone,out the door!

Mikko hopped into her small, green, volkswagen beetle. The front seats where very comfortable with fur seat covers. But there was no back seat. Her back seats where taken out and replace with a sound system.

Mikko drove off and was soon in front of Wade's place with her car blasting Run DMC's Tricky as loud as her car could handle. She sent pete a text saying she was there and he better be in beach wear and not jeans.

Raphael wasn't overly thrilled with this whole thing. Sure, it was cool they got to get out of the sewers and be in the sun... but there would be ...people. Well, mostly mutants but the large reptile was never one for big crowds. Still, he tried to remind himself that it would be worth it, just to lounge in the sun. Something they rarely got to do and as Turtles, always craved.

The ride was torturous to say he least. Mikey was all hyped up and Leo... being Leo. Donnie was always the less annoying of the lot. Still, despite the irritation that two of his brothers normally caused him, Big Red was secretly happy they were all together.


Considering this was a beach outing, Raph decided to keep it simple, unlike his overly excited orange clad brother. His 'wardrobe' had been toned down, only adorned in his red dew rag an d the leather belt that housed his twin sai.



Waiting for his little brother to eagerly exit the van, Raph followed next, skeptical but finally his large feet making bare contact with the warm sand that engulfed his feet in comfort, so unlike anything he'd ever felt before. The sun beamed down on his tough hide, soothing and comforting... yeah, maybe this wasn't suck a bad idea after all....

Fortunately Mikko made excellent timing which meant Pete wouldn't have to suffer through Wade's craziness alone for much longer. Receiving the text, Pete rolled off the couch and grabbed his backpack, slinging it over his shoulder and pushed the ear bud of his iPod into his ears, knowing he would probably need to block out some of the Wade/Mikko chatter he would no doubt be treated to during the ride to the beach.



"She's here..." He announced to Wade as he grabbed a thick biology book and a note pad and pencil before preparing to head out.


"Holy fucking shit, Pete.. tell me you're NOT doing homework during play time.." The masked  annoyance huffed. "No wonder you're still a virgin...."  



Even though Wade meant nothing by it, considering his track record with high school girls and how they seemed to not notice he existed, the comment stung a little. Still, Pete shrugged it off and followed his mentally unstable friend outside where Mikko awaited. Seeing the WV and the fact that there was NO back seat, Pete almost backed out, knowing the seating arrangement would not work in his favor...

"Um..maybe I should just.. 'swing' in.." He advised, sparing Mikko a look and small wave.


"No swinging.. you're gonna set that sweet little spider ass in my lap!" Wade told him, climbing into the passenger seat and grabbing Pete by the belt loop of his baggy jeans and pulling him towards him....

When the boys came out she turned the music down so they could hear each other. She gave them a smile an awkward hey to Wade, trying to not sound like her mind instently went into no mans land.

That could work! Or if Pete wants he can drive and you know. I can take the lap seat. She suggested trying to sound like she was only looking out for Peter. Annnnnd. Why are you wearing pants? She asked Peter then looked at Wade with a pout. Still wont show me that face uh? Alright.

Mikko slipped out the drivers seat and motioned for Peter to hop in.

Pete struggled against Wade, NOT wanting to sit in his lap because he knew how inappropriate he could be. But then Mikko offered to let him drive and normally he would have turned down the offer due to not having a license, he would take her up on it.



"Okay!" He chirped, finally freeing himself of Wade's grip and rounded the car, breathing a sigh of relief as he looked at Mikko. "Thank you..." He breathed and slipped into the driver's seat and waited for her to get situated.



"Um, there's only one problem.... I don't have a license or permit so... this is  kind of illegal... but then again, being a superhero is too....."

Mikko ruffled Pete's hair. We both know this is for me. She whispered in his ear. But you're welcome.

Mikko slipped on Wade's lap and noticed he didn't say anything about her mask comment. Maybe it bothered him more then she thought. Once they were set, Mikko sitting on Wade's lap facing the front, her back leaning against him. She grabbed Wade's hands. Wait! Have to buckle. She pulled Wade's arms around her middle and snuggled into him. Ok we're good! and don't worry about it. out of the three of us, yer the one less likely to get pulled over.Now...TO THE BEACH! Oh an...I guess driver gets to pick the music. She added and plugged in Pete's Phone and went to his music.

"BonBons, gooey Tags and Mahalo! wasssup?" Mikey skidded over to Gambit and Kurt. "oh duuuudes this is the first time I have had actual beach sand between my toes. This is awesome." He straightens his coconut boobs.

The turtle was revelling in fresh salt tangy air, taking great deep breaths of it. The vibrancy of the day colors was amazing and nothing he had ever seen on television amounted to actually hearing real waves crashing and rumbling along the shore. Or the way the hot sand felt to very large two toed feet that had previously only know wet sewers, rooftops and mostly concrete. The odd wood floor and carpet as Aprils was a godsend. But this ... wooooooooow.

And the sun. It felt so goood like ten of Don's custom made solar lamps they sometimes became great big turtle sloths beneath. It made him want to immediately flop down and soak it up - and yet at the same time skip off to the waters edge and do another turtle thing. Swim!

and there would be actual SuperHeroes here today too! it was gonna be an awesome day. He was so getting his ukulele signed!!

However he would wait here greeting some and find a drink, wait for his brothers before doing either of those things claiming an umbrella for himself by placing his ukulele under it carefully. "any Orange Crush for a turtle by any chance?" He asks of Gambit and Kurt nodding to the fridge.

Like Raph, Leo was more reserved about this party they were going to. True, it was mostly mutants and they didn't have to hide this time, but it still was risky for them. Leo had Splinter's words echoing in his mind about how careful they had to be around any humans. Casey and April were different. But they did somewhat know these people. Leo decided as long as things didn't get too out of hand, it would be okay.

Before Leo left, he texted Erica to tell her about the shindig. Knowing she would be there made the decision easier for Leo. And his other two brothers seemed to be on-board, so...why not? Except Mikey decided to wear a ridiculous outfit. Though Leo didn't really expect anything less from the turtle-in-orange. He just rolled his eyes.

Now that they were at the beach, Leo finally exited the van and looked around. Okay, so things didn't seem too wild at the moment. And Erica should arrive any time. That, Leo was looking forward to. He met the girl on an off-night when hanging out in a garden on a rooftop. It was unfortunate he was spotted by her, but he ended up making a great friend that night. He had no regrets in meeting her.

School, or time in the studio on the ground floor of the family apartments... or

A day at the beach with Leo!?

"Bye Gran Gran I'm heading out." Erica calls over her shoulder racing up the stairs towards her room not hearing the muffled shout fromt he older woman in return, pulling off the dance leotards and socks dumping all these on her dresser heading to the draws to pull out the yellow polka dot bikini over which went a silk sarong was tied as a strapless dress the passion fruit flower decor breaking the pale white here and there the carved mother of pearl holder keeping the entire thing up at her back just beneath shoulders hidden by the unruly blond curls she decided she was not going to bother to pin back this day, shaking the blond mess back and grabbing her beach bag, already from a trip long ago had her towel and sunscreen inside and little flip flops.

Grabbing her cars keys on the way out she calls back. "Love you Gran-"

"Have fun!" The older womans tone was amused. "Say hi to your friend and if you stay out text me!"

"Will do!" And she was gone.

Honestly the instructions to get to the beach were easy but she still shot past the turn off. However finally she managed and soon was pulling up - "Leo!" An eager greeting spotting the tall mutant turtle in blue once she had exited the little orange flower power decorated vintage Volkswagen dropping her keys into the beach bag. Making a bee line for him - glancing around catching her first glimpses of his brothers, she had heard of them in the moments of shares between them over the few short weeks they had been friends. Well two of them anyways missing one at first glance cause of the get up.

Gambit looked at Mike and reached out to help him with the coconuts. First time? Well make you're self at home, my friend! And there is all the orange crush you can drink in the fridge. Also large pizzas on the hot plates. And the keys to the jet skies are by the radio.

Kurt stood up and brushed himself off. It was then that he heard and seen the human woman enter the beach. She called for Leo and ran to him. She was so pretty! Kurt teleported himself over to her and Leo and smiled at the woman.

Uh. Hello. I'm Kurt. He introduced himself with a smile.

Leo had just been standing around while waiting for Erica to get there.  Finally she was there and he grinned broadly when she ran up to him.  He gave her a big hug.  "You look...wow..."  She was indeed a knockout.  Then he heard a voice and turned to see a..a blue, fuzzy elf?  And he came out of nowhere! Leo kept his arm around her while he addressed the other guy.

"Hello, I'm Leonardo.  And this is Erica," he introduced them with a smile in return.  Leo glanced around at his brothers and couldn't wait to introduce the Erica to them.  He really hoped they would like her.  In the few short weeks he had known her, they spent a lot of time together.

"we'll just claim he's a cousin." Don joked to Raph stepping up level with him and watching amused as Mikey raced down to the food, fridge and fellow mutants.

But of course their excitable younger brother wouldn't slow to truly appreciate the first feeling of hot sand under toes and the sun. Ah so good. Oh yeah verrry good.

He was about to add a elbow nudge to his hot headed brother to get them both moving looking over his shoulder towards their older brother and leader hanging back at the party wagon. Waiting? - the source of the wait was not long coming.

Huh

Of course last few weeks Donnie had noted their older brother was actually out off the lair as often and at times long as Raph usually was! That had been strange in of itself. Seeing a young, very pretty, woman step out of a just parked Volkswagen he might have snorted in amusement a little. A girl. Their older brother had been sneaking off to hang with a girl. Made clear by the girls eager greeting and the hug.

And - damn it!! He blinks wishing he had his googles on and had caught the 'teleportation' of the furry blue dude - fascinating his mind going to the science of how it was possible. Wondering if he and Raph should stand there and wait for their brother, to come introduce his friend. Or continue on to join their younger bro. Well Considering Mikey was getting help with a 'boob' and hanging would let him hopefully get a moment to ask the blue mutant about his power and his blue clad brother a moment to introduce the pretty blonde.

"I do?" Taken aback by the compliment, but pleased all the same, happily returning the big hug chuckling. "Thank you - OH!" the surprised squeak somewhat a yelp, somewhat a gasp.

A... mutant just 'poofed' into existence right beside them!

Erica had been so startled she dropped her beach baggie and hoped a little on the spot landing half on one of Leo's feet and back against him gaping in surprise at the blue furry man now introducing himself, barely recovering from the shock as Leo in turn introduced them back to -

Kurt.

"u uh uh yes I'm she.., uh, I mean Le - no no uh Erica." She stammers blushing offering a hand to be shaken her shock leaving her and sheepishness taking it place. Her grin was friendly if shy and she was glad to have one of Leo's arms still around her. " uh its nice to meet you - great accent... Ger rman?" politely, trying to cover her total surprise of him poofing into existence next to them.

Kurt couldn't help but give a smile in amusement at her cute yelp. He took her small hand in his own three fingered hand and gave the top of her hand a kiss.

Du siehst wunderschön aus. He told her has he released her hand. Ich liebe dein lacheln.

"Ah thanks dude." Mikey grins, glad for the aid finally the nuts where straight, not at all shy or worried his style of dress might be a bit too much, he felt fabulous! aaaaand, pizza?!, mmmmmmm he sniffs the air deeply. "mmmm thought I smelled cheesey goodness." heading to the fridge and just as he opened it - stopping and looking back at Gambit - did he just here him right?

Jet Skies?!

Of course his brothers would totally not let him on one!

But they were being sloth turtles and maybe soon be too busy making new mutant friends to notice if he gave the jetskies a go! " That is awesome I am soooo having a go at those. Score O crush!" he pops the can lid gulping happily -

"Bow chicka bow wow!" Wade hummed as he snaked his arms around Mikko's waist and pulled her close, making smooching noises against her ear. He even lifted his mask just enough to nibble on her ear, knowing that all of this was making poor Pete uncomfortable.


"Don't worry, Webs. You won't be a virgin forever.." He teased , knowing his young friend hated it when he brought it up.


The teenager's face was bloodshot red but he tried to ignore it, knowing sometimes it was best NOT to give Wade anything to run with. He could certainly take a small comment and carry it out for an hour.


Pete started to protest when Mikko grabbed his phone and plugged it in, and unfortunately now on t he road, he couldn't react fast enough to prevent what was to come next. Spice Girl's 'Spice Up Your Life' blasted through the speakers, causing t he teen to blush profusely...

And it was too late. Wade was in a mad fit of giggles. "What the fuck is THAT shit?!"


"It's.. for Mary Jane.... she really likes that song...."

Mikko was SO enjoying the attention she let out a fit of giggles and even turned her head to give him a quick kiss on the lips. Of course she's wasn't going to make out with the man in front of her adopted brother.

Don't tease him. And of course he's not. But Pete's young and has lots of time to worry about that stuff.

When the music started to play Mikko wiggled her ass in Wade's lap. Yeah, Spice Girls! Girl power!

Mikko sung along as she basically gave Wade a lap dance in the small car.

Leo just stared at the blue guy.  He kept his arm around Erica, because even in a different language, Leo could tell the guy was flirting.  But he remained cool because he didn't want to cause a scene.  That was the last thing he wanted, after all.  As long as Erica stood with himself, he knew she would be fine. As much as he wanted to tell the blue, furry 'creature' off and take Erica away from there, Leo just kept a watchful eye on the scene.

"Come on Leo - you a turtle or a sloth?! bring the girl over and introduce us!" Don calls back chuckling and nudging Raph again heads over towards their 'cousin', looking back at Leo and - hot little blonde whom from here - appeared completely human, in fact his goggles could confirm that from here but he was so not putting them down and letting the zoom in take effect and have his big brother think he was using the tech to perv on the girl. Easy to see why the blue dude vaped over there. "Toss me a can Mikey." he says smiling offering the tall human looking mutant man Gambit one of his hands to shake.

In fact ever since learning of Xaviers school, Donatello had been tempted more than once to seek out the Professor and chase higher education. Some of the things he could do with technology already, he could imagine having better equipment and - and around other mutants! Doing more than sitting around the lair training and tinkering all day every day. Had his brothers not thought of it too since hearing about it? Actually going to school! among others around their own age and mutants too!

Well maybe he might use today to try asking more about it and then talk to Splinter and Leonardo about the idea. maybe being homeschool they would not be able to be apart of the main classes... but still. Whom knew? Here they were invited to a beach party!

Annnd she blushed feeling it would be a little rude to tug her hand from Kurt, he was only being friendly ... charming yes but just friendly she was sure and she did not want to be rude, glancing up at Leo then back to Kurt as he spoke blushing darker and her eyes dropped, as such and she was not exactly good at german her return attempt at a friendly compliment got mangled a little - or a lot as fluster set in half way. "Vielen Dank, haben ziemlich Haut - kein Schwanz ! nein nein Ohren - Augen ! Ich meinte Augen ... oh nein .." A hepless sort of giggle at ther own fumbling reply a sheepish apologetic grin to Kurt her cheeks all but looking like she had not slathered on sunscreen. Oh put it every where but in patches over her face where the dark rosey pink spread.

Then that look up again at Leo eyes wide - looking for a save before she went from fumbling to foot in mouth! And it seemed one of his brothers might offer it calling out for them to join them as he heads off towards the set up of food and drink.
