Yoshi Hamato.

Personality wise Yoshi adores his mother, idolizes his father and has deep love for his wider family, his deceased Ratpa, Uncles, Cousin and Sister. He has learned from his parents to be compassionate and basically a good person all around, but like he has been taught that not to let all that get in the way of being guarded and wary. Especially around new people. Slow to trust but loyal. Taking to heart facing hard truths about the world he lives in, and adapting themselves to those truths... or being born to it.


Appearance: For most of his life he appeared to be a blended hybrid of his mother who appears to be entirely human. And his mutant turtle father. Aside the wings, when he was younger able to fold away under his shell, dark greenish with a sprinkling of white spots, like stars, or little white flowers on green grass. A softer green, creamier green than his father, inherited very blue eyes. During a excursion away from family and ShellCity with his Sister Shen, one in which they first followed Lilo back to Kauai, escorting her and her alien and some family, some citizens and people that choose to follow her home, and then after some time on the beautiful island once it was safe the siblings left...


They would find some hidden remnants of the kinds of people their mother descended from and didn't know about. Dragon shifters. Ordinary seeming humans but not. Capable of shifting back and forth between the human form and a dragon one. None survived the earlier days of the virus. Mostly getting caught up and killed as humans trying to help, to save, to rescue... Erica seemed to be entirely human, the abilties skipping her, and coming out instead himself and Shen.


Yoshi took it a step further. Shucking his normal self to become entirely dragon it seems, the last vestiges of human and mutant turtle shaken like scutes and scales during growth. And over the almost year long expedition he has grown to the size of a big gator. Fourteen feet long from snout tip to tail tip. No long able to stand erect, in a more reptilian belly down pose but can raise his legs to be about four foot at the shoulder, five foot nine including neck and head, weighing as much as a small horse or pony at a thousand and few hundred pounds his still dark green wings speckled with white spots almost twenty feet across from tip to tip. Barely a dragonet in dragon size. His once blond hair was now thick spines all down his back to tail. He still has the deep blue eyes though.

~Master Splinter (Yoshi) (Deceased) - A mutated human-turned-humanoid rat who adopted the turtles as his own family. He has become their father figure as well as their teacher (sensei) of ninjutsu.
Lilo Pelekai&Stitch - Aunt/Uncle. And ally now in charge of her own home island, free of zombies and more than safe as houses with her six hundred and twenty-nine strong alien experiment cousin army. Yoshi and Shen started out traveling with her in Kauai. Protected from magics and 'gods' by Pele and Maui.


History: For a youth brought up in a dangerous time of zombies and awful people, human and otherwise Yoshi is a reasonably well-rounded young man. Polite and quiet and very cool-tempered.

Enjoys the company of his sister and cousin as his best buds, and learns ninjitsu from his father, uncles, and Ratpa Splinter when he had been alive. Adores his parents. So using Mama's or Daddy's boy as an insult is taken as a compliment.

Has started venturing from ShellCity to explore. Mostly to Kuaui and back, but also in search of their mother's origins. No doubt through her their father was becoming a doragonkame, just as he and his sister were born as such. Having had luck in finding Dragon artifacts and learning that whilst they don't have the magical capabilities of their ancestors he does have a strange gift. He can breathe fire in long hot blasts, no leaf speak like his sister or the voice of his mother but like a vampire can pass on vampirism or werewolf lycanthropy to a victim, Yoshi can pass on a form of dragonism, turning the dead beings into wyvern, who then become drone like and entirely under his control, and living things into a variety of dragons which he is so far unaware of, because why would he do that against a living beings free will? So he hasn't had the chance yet to discover it. It's not as simple as biting though it involves blood and fire to make the transformations.


In his early puberty as he began growing his fire-breathing abilities and flying longer, further... Yoshi also discovered accidentally he has a taste for zombies, long dead or ones he has destroyed and the variants that have popped up or been created. He is a natural predator of them. Though the discovery that mingling a bloodletting ritual, and his fire-creating wyverns of zombies was something he and his sister only discovered on their trek about the world to learn more about anything to do with dragons. About who their mother had descended from, what she was turning their father into, what they were, and any future siblings should their parents have more. It was a secret mission of their own. During their travels they did learn of a being known as the Dark Dragon. A former shifter who took on his dragon form and stayed. Yoshi learned of the ritual and also has become only dragon.


No he is not a big one. And wont be for many years....


Many years. Decades. Maybe never but unbeknownst to him any children he has will have potentials to become giants.


But the instinct to return home, to take his sister home, take all they had gathered from Lilo on Kauai and on their travels to the hidden mysterious Isle of Draco, of course like the rest of the world devastated by the virus, but they had some books and scrolls and some other artifacts. On the way home growing twice that size.
