Skills: Skateboard techniques: His skating skills are excellent. Due to his practice as a human and subsequent enhancement as a mutant, he is capable of travelling high speeds
Tail Balance : He can use his tail as an appendage as he uses it to hold his skateboard.
Enhanced Acrobatic: Mondo possesses a high degree of agility upon mutation.
Wall Crawling: Thanks to his mutation, Mondo is capable of climbing surfaces with ease, allowing his adhesive hands to support his own weight.
Mondo mutated while skateboarding at a skate park, a truck holding mutagen crashed and spilled when the driver lost control. Mondo (at the time Jason) was covered in the green ooze, It mutated him into a Gecko and he started going by the name Mondo. He was only a young teenager when this happen and when he returned home that same day, his parents freaked out and threw him out the house.
Since then Mondo kept hidden and stole to survive. But even though he was a mutant lizard it didn't stop him from flirting with the girls. Tho he never got anywhere with them, until one day he met a blonde named Candy. It was the first relationship he had. He was 18 at this point. and the world had gone crazy. Candy and Mondo hid out in an apartment building. But that soon got over run with the undead.
While they were trying to escape Candy was bit and Mondo left her behind.
it was a year after that that he got picked up by Bishop and he was locked up in the lab for years.
Now at 22 he's free again and came to the turtles town Shell city. He fled the lab leaving behind other mutants and aliens. One mutant that unwillingly released Mondo had also escaped. But Mondo fled before knowing what was to become of the snapping turtle.
