Alias: Spider-Man
Nicknames:Pete,  Spidey, Webs, Web-Head, Spider-ling, Wall crawler, jabber-jaw, menace ...etc.
Age: 15
Height: 5′ 7"
Weight: 137 lbs
Nationality: American (Born and raised in Queens, NY)
Home world: Earth
Current world: Earth
Alliance: Good
Family: Parents: Richard and Mary Parker (Both deceased)  Uncle Ben (deceased) Aunt May.
Relationship status:  Single.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
:::~Physical Appearance~:::
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Standing at 5'7" and weighing in at roughly 137 lbs, Peter Parker is considered lanky and slim. Even after 'mutation' he remained on the small side, body becoming moderately muscled. He has brown hair and deep brown eyes that give him a 'puppy dog' appearance.

When not adorning his red and blue spider-man suit that was crafted and gifted to him by Tony Stark, Peter dresses in baggy jeans, t-shirts and sneakers- usually clothes that his Aunt May finds at second hand stores. Some consider him adorable, but not handsome by any means. He  simply looks like the geeky kid next door. The one you go to for advice on homework, and not to ask out for a date. He usually wears a backpack slung over his shoulder, and often carrying his latest findings tucked under his arm. Gadgets of some sort, discarded DVD players or anything else that he dubs useful.

:::~Personality~:::
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Outside of his Spider-Man persona, Parker lives the life of a normal 15 year old high school student. He cares deeply for his Aunt May. He is a very intelligent science enthusiast, capable of inventing and building his own Web-Shooters. He gathers both science and comic books in his room, along with his Spider-Man costume, which he hides in a tiny room above the ceiling.

As opposed to Iron Man or Captain America, Parker makes it a point to keep his identity secret, since if such knowledge was made public his aunt would be worried sick and he would have major trouble with the law on the grounds of vigilantism. He even confronted Tony Stark when Stark implied to tell his aunt his identity.

Parker is also highly impressionable towards authoritative figures, likely due to his young age and inexperience. An example of this was towards Captain America, when asked about why he was fighting, Parker stated that it was because Stark had said that Rogers was in the wrong. Parker was also very excited to be in a fight with other superheroes, to the point where people on both Captain America's and Iron Man's teams were asking how old he is, due to his childlike behavior during the airport battle. As such, he was also the least experienced fighter at the airport battle. Through his first official mission as Spider-Man, Parker showed a strong desire to impress the other superheroes and prove his worth.

As Spider-Man, Parker is courageous and capable and can also come up with clever strategies due to his scientific expertise. He frequently annoys his enemies with fast talking humor and quipping. It is such childish quips that made everyone at the battle question how old he is. When he doesn't wear the mask however, Parker behaves very friendly and shy, and often stumbles over his own words due to a lack of confidence. He feels awkward in his own skin, and due to his lack of coordination prior to being bitten by a radioactive spider, he never was good at sports or anything that would make him desirable to young girls his age. Now with his abilities, he could easily become a  valued member of any sports team, but because he couldn't play then, he feels that he should not play now.

:::~Strengths and Weaknesses~:::
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

 "Whatever happened happened; it's like my senses have been dialed to eleven." ―Spider-Man to Tony Stark

Powers

* Superhuman Strength: Possessing the proportional strength of a spider, Spider-Man is able to press lift several tons. Although he is relatively untrained, his strength alone is sufficient to casually overpower the likes of Winter Soldier and his cybernetic arm. He has been seen stopping and lifting cars moving at speeds of 40 mph, and even supported the weight of a jet bridge, though the last visibly strained him. Hence, he appears to have greater strength than both Captain America and the Winter Soldier.

* Superhuman Durability: As a result of his unique abilities, Spider-Man possesses denser bones and muscle tissue that allows him to survive great impacts, as he was unaffected when falling from the height of several stories. He has taken punches from the super soldiers Captain America and Winter Soldier, without any serious injuries. Additionally, Spider-Man was unfazed when hit by Falcon's Redwing at full force, managed to shrug of a blow from Captain America's Shield, and was able to endure the impact of falling from several stories.

*Superhuman Agility: Spider-Man is exceptionally agile and fast, capable of swinging around on thin spider-webbing and jumping great distances without difficulty. He also had no difficulty dodging the many cars that Scarlet Witch telekinetically hurled at him.

* Superhuman Speed: Peter can move at speeds greater then that of an ordinary human, making him adept at dodging. During the Clash of the Avengers, Spider-Man was able to outran the likes of Black Panther and Black Widow. Moreover, he successfully dodge attacks from Falcon, the Winter Soldier and Scarlet Witch.

* Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man possesses greatly enhanced reflexes that allow him to catch objects moving at high-speeds without looking. He was able to casually catch the Winter Soldier's bionic arm before it could even touch him.

*Superhuman Senses: Spider-Man's senses are greatly enhanced, as he describes them as being "dialed to eleven".

* Superhuman Balance: Spider-Man's sense of balance is superhuman, giving him perfect equilibrium, coordination, dexterity, and agility, allowing him to perform inhuman feats of acrobatic and gymnastic ability.

* Superhuman Sight: Spider-Man's sense of sight is superhuman, as he was forced to restrict his eyesight with dark goggles to avoid it from handicapping him in a battle.

*Spider-Sense: Spider-Man's most noteworthy trait is his paranormal survival instincts, which warn him of impending danger moments before it arrives. However, Spider-Man appears to be untrained in effectively using it. While he was able to detect Ant-Man hiding on Captain America's shield, it was only seconds before the latter had stolen it. Likewise, Spider-Man was unable to react in time to the striking speed of Falcon's Redwing.

*Wall-Crawling: Spider-Man is able to adhere to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces like a spider, stating that he doesn't use mechanical devices for this.

Abilities:

*Gifted Intelligence: Peter Parker is an exceptionally smart science enthusiast, capable of inventing a highly advanced chemical compound into a webbing like material and constructed his own web-shooters (the sophistication of which impressed even Tony Stark). He was also able to use the laws of physics to his advantage in battle as Spider-Man, including devising a strategy to defeat a gigantic Ant-Man, by webbing his legs together until he couldn't move. He can also very quickly come up with witty and incredibly annoying quips, much to his allies and opponents' irritation.

*Combatant: Spider-Man is a relatively skilled fighter at both close and long distances. However, he does not seem to be skilled in martial arts, and instead fights instinctively. He emphasizes the use of his strength, speed, agility and his spiderwebs, the last of which he uses as a non-lethal weapon. Hence, Spider-Man was able to temporarily hold his own against Captain America, though the latter was ultimately able to gain the upper hand, forcing him to hold up a jet bridge. However, due to his lack of experience in actual combat, Parker repeatedly asked Iron Man for instructions during the fight at the airport and was unable to subdue Captain America despite his abilities, equipment and superior strength.

*Master Acrobat: Spider-Man's superhuman agility allows him to perform complicated acrobatic moves. Hence, he was able to accurately shoot a web at Captain America's Shield and catch it while jumping in the air, and land over a vehicle.

Equipment

*Spider-Man Suit: A suit, designed by Tony Stark, capable of focusing Spider-Man's superhuman senses.

*Web-Shooters: A pair of wrist-mounted mechanical devices used by Spider-Man to project synthetic webbing. Parker invented the first pair, while Tony Stark invented a new and improved pair to go along with his new suit. Though, this new pair supplied by Stark merely involved technological improvements while the webbing itself Stark did not attempt to replace.

*Spider-Signal: A red light emitted from Spider-Man's web-shooters.

New Equipment:

Later Parker was back home in his apartment in Queens and rested on his bed. His aunt May took care of his blackened eye. When May asked Parker who has done this, he told her about a guy named "Steve" from Brooklyn and his huge friend. When she was out of the room, Parker inspects his new Web-Shooters which have been made by Tony Stark, when suddenly a red beam came from one of them, projecting the Spider-Signal.

Weaknesses:

* Gullible-  Being young, Peter is easily persuaded and has a huge desire to make a great impression on 'the elders'. (Tony Stark, Captain America... etc.)

* Trusting- He tends to let his heart and compassion take priority over what deep down, he knows is right.

* Hyper-excitement- Again, another downfall of being so young. That coupled with the fact that he's only possessed his abilities for six months, excitement and over-eagerness can become a distraction.

* His desire to please others- This can and has put him in danger before.

* Easily distracted- Meeting other 'super heroes' for the first time, the kid in him becomes awe struck relatively easily, leaving him open for an attack.

* Jabber-jaw- While his counterpart Peter Parker is mostly shy and awkward, the Spider-Man suit seems to make him more at ease. He tends to jabber on a mile a minute, often annoying his enemies or peers.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
:::~History~:::
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Origin: During a field trip, Peter Parker is bitten by a radioactive spider and gains the abilities that mold him into the wall-crawling, web-slinging 'Spider-Man'.

Parker was on his way home from school. Upon entering his apartment and greeting his aunt May, he mentioned that there was a "crazy" car parked outside when he realized that they had a famous visitor: Tony Stark. Parker was caught off-guard and speechless about meeting his biggest idol and was confused when Stark told his aunt that Stark Industries planned to give Parker a sizable grant that Stark manages for gifted students (claiming that Parker had signed up for it), which was actually a pretense for Stark to meet Parker. When he realized this, he played along (making up that he had planned to surprise Aunt May with it) and led Stark to his room where they could talk in private.

Parker was shocked, and tried to act nonchalant when Stark showed him footage of the rumored "Spider-Man" that was said to be active in New York City for several months. His videos showed a figure in red and blue clothing apprehending criminals and stopping speeding cars with his bare hands. Stark jokingly wondered if that figure wasn't Parker, to which he reacted with very clumsy excuses that Stark didn't buy, Parker claimed that the video must be fake and that it was somehow made on a computer. Parker's cover blew completely when Stark instantly discovered the secret hiding place of the makeshift outfit that Parker used as his costume.

Parker had no other choice than to confess that he was indeed Spider-Man and has been for about six months. Stark jokingly ridiculed Parker for his cheap costume, but was impressed by, and complimented his self-made Web-Shooters. Landing mainly on the remarkable tensile strength of the synthetic webbing that Parker created. Stark quickly recognized himself in Parker because of his affinity towards science and even more so, when Parker mentions a tragic event in his past that lead to him taking on a responsibility that most people could not take. He decided to take the boy under his wing and invited him to come to Germany with him, to which Parker replied that he had homework to do. Stark jokingly threatened to tell his aunt May that he was Spider-Man to coerce Parker to come with him. While Stark led himself towards the door, Parker over-reacted for a moment and webbed his hand next to the door knob. He finally realized that he should take this offer, and left with Stark after freeing his hand from the door awkwardly.

At Iron Man's command, Spider-Man, in an improved suit, revealed himself the during the Clash of the Avengers and stole Captain America's Shield with his webbing, before getting distracted at seeing his heroes the Avengers and calling Captain America his hero, much to Iron Man's annoyance. Iron Man and Captain America continued to argue about the Sokovia Accords until they reached the breaking point.

Spider-Man was surprised by Ant-Man at first, who managed to sneak atop the shield and strike Spider-Man in order to return the shield to Captain America; as the former teammates began to fight Spider-Man asked Iron Man what to do. He told Spider-Man to keep his distance and web Captain America and his companions up, as Stark did not want to hurt any of them.

He then followed Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Spider-Man chased Falcon and the Winter Soldier in the airport terminal building by crawling along the outside windows. He then smashed through the glass panel and with one kick Spider-Man smashed Falcon to the ground, and the turned his attention to the Winter Soldier. While stopping a punch from Winter Soldier, Spider-Man became distracted and amused by his metal arm.

During a quick battle with Falcon he webbed him to some hand railings in the terminal building but again became distracted, this time by Falcon's wings asking him if they were made from carbon fiber. Soon after the Winter Soldier tried to intervene but Spider-Man was able to web the Winter Soldier and Falcon up. Afterwards he rejoined his fellow teammates and he fought with Captain America, who both had a mutual respect towards each other, and managed to give him a good fight but eventually lost.

When Captain America forced him to hold up a platform, to which he was impressed by Spider-Man's strength; he then casually asked Spider-Man where he was from before escaping. During the battle War Machine was thrown through the air by giant Ant-Man and was about to smash into an aircraft parked outside the airport, but fortunately Spider-Man saved him by firing a web line at War Machine and pulling him away from the aircraft just in the nick of time.

At the end of the battle, Spider-Man, inspired by the movie Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, came up with a strategy to defeat a gigantic Ant-Man. He webbed up his knees so that Ant-Man lost his stand, and then let Iron Man and War Machine hit him against the helmet with full speed. Ant-Man fell over, hitting Parker, making him fly into a pile of wooden boxes; knocking him unconscious for a short while.

After the battle Iron Man quickly checked to see if he was alright and told the exhausted Parker that he was done and should go home threatening to call his Aunt May if he didn't. Feeling that he had disappointed Stark, Parker desperately tried to convince Iron Man that he could still keep fighting, but soon agreed whilst Iron Man flew away, claiming "yeah, I'm done"

* Bad Guys- Duh! Though, he does appreciate a good challenge and never backs down when given the opportunity to do so.

:::~Sample Post~:::
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

"Here you go, kid. Try not to get overly excited when you go out there. I need you focused...." Tony tried to tell the excitable young man standing in front of him. Little Peter Parker, the teenager from Queens New York. Stark knew he was young the moment he had first visited his home, but they needed to even up the numbers. Besides, he would not be putting the little Web-Slinger in harm's way. The kid had one job. Web Cap' and his team up because Tony did not want his friends to be harmed.

"Oh, wow! This is soooo awesome!" The teenager bounced as he took the suit in his hands, admiring every single little detail that had been so carefully crafted into every fiber. His new Spider-Man suit was everything he had ever dreamed it would be! The webbed detail, right down to the eye lenses that seemed to adapt to his own eyes as he slid it over his face, feeling an instant serge or adrenaline! This was like a dream come true! And in his excitement, he hugged Tony, having no regard for that expensive suit.Not that Tony minded the wrinkles, but having another reminder that Peter was just a kid...

Feeling a bit awkward, Tony patted his new charge on the back. "Yeah, yeah. You're welcome... Spiderling...I mean, Spider-Man.." Oh yeah, that would take some getting used to.  Peter was a kid, and he couldn't see him as anything more, but unfortunately he needed him.

"Now remember, Rogers is going to tell you things that you cannot believe. He'll tell you that you don't understand what's going on. But he's wrong, and that makes him dangerous..."

The hug seemed to be lasting much longer than Tony was comfortable with. A reminder that Peter was young, and it only added to his guilt for dragging him into this. It wasn't his fight...

"Just remember, go for Cap's legs. Pin him, and the others on his team. We don't want anyone hurt in this... understand..." And with this, he held the young man at arm length and Peter nodded eagerly, still overjoyed by his newly improved and high-tech suit. Wow.. just WOW!

"Yeah, I got it!" And he gave a thumbs-up, signaling that everything had sunk in, yet nothing had fully registered! This was so surreal! Not only had he gained a new and improved, fully enhanced and bad ass suit... but he was going to Germany!

"Just remember, kid. When we get out there... keep  your distance. You only have one job.... web them up and we'll do the rest..."

An eager nod and a salute, even though the words still weren't completely sinking in."You've got it, Mr. Stark! I won't let you down!"
